The definition of a femme fatale. Anna's seductiveness is evenly matched by her prowess in martial arts, and when that's not enough, she can always pull out a rocket launcher.Know more

It's not that easy to be a daughter of an assassin, especially when the family has a long tradition in this cruel profession. Anna Williams had troubles even beyond that - her father did not accept her as a decent heir. Richard Williams preferred his eldest daughter, Nina, making Anna furious with such injustice.
On the other hand, this attitude helped the girl to gain the fighting spirit. She wants to win this competition with her sister and puts lots of effort into self-development. Anna learned Aikido from her mother and entered the first King of Iron Fist Tournament to teach Nina a lesson. Then, their confrontation became even more severe.
The sisters attacked each other with aggressive strength, placing a bomb into a car and shooting a whole machine gun magazine in a bedroom. Even the professional interests of the girls collided - Nina was hired to assassinate Kazuya Mishima while Anna tried to protect him.
The rivalry takes an unexpected turn when Nina participates in an experiment by Doctor Bosconovitch. She's been put into cryosleep, and Anna decides to do the same - not miss the sister and not look older than Nina. They both wake up after 19 years, even becoming friends for a while because Nina forgets Anna and their complicated relationship.
This peace doesn't last long. Nina suddenly disappears and asks to meet her sister only two years later. They try to kill each other again, and this battle brings fresh excitement into their lives. Unable to win, both agree to try and settle this quarrel at the fifth King of the Iron Fist tournament. But probably they enjoy the process more than they want to have a result. Anna and Nina even got roles in a movie to continue their fight as actresses.
Nina celebrates a small victory, making Anna struggle for revenge. But suddenly, the girls find a common enemy and support each other. For a while, their fight loses its fire. Anna feels bored and returns to old habits. She joins G Corporation, knowing that Anna is part of Mishima Zaibatsu. The sisters fall into a new hole of hatred when Nina accomplishes her new mission as an assassin and kills Anna's fiancé.
Unlike her sister, Anna is very playful and doesn't tend to take fighting too seriously, teasing her opponents instead and often engaging in some form of banter. Despite keeping her cool in challenging situations and a professional attitude when on the job, Anna tends to get hot-blooded when Nina is involved, letting her true feelings come true.
Throughout the series, Anna tried on a myriad of costumes. However, her most recognizable outfit is easily the thigh slit red Chinese dress with brown pantyhose and red high heels. In Tekken 7, she was one of the characters that got a significant redesign. Her new dress has a more gothic appearance with a black and red color scheme, floral patterns, and heavy emphasis on crow feathers adorning the outfit.
Anna is a very complex character. One of her most distinct mechanics is the Chaos Judgement stance that has both offensive applications with mix-ups and strong moves but also defensive applications as it automatically counters throws and low attacks if timed well. Outside of that Anna also has excellent okizeme options and pressure, she thrives on being unpredictable, establishing momentum and pressing the advantage whenever she can. As a character with good counter hit launchers, whiff punish moves, and full-crouch mixups, Anna has a solid toolkit for conditioning her opponent and making them respect her buttons. However, she's not without flaws, as Anna's selection of good mid attacks is scarce and many of her strings will be severely punished by an experienced opponent.
