Katarina

Story

When Katarina Alves was a young child, she lost both of her parents. She spent several years in an orphanage before being adopted by a man she had never met before. Although Katarina initially rebelled against him, hurling profane insults at him, the man's kindness and patience eventually wore away at her tough exterior, and she came to respect him. Over time, they grew closer, despite her penchant for profane language continuing to bother him. Katarina's adoptive father vanished without a trace one day. She desperately wanted to track him down, but she lacked the financial means to do so. However, then she learned about the King of Iron Fist Tournament, which she attended.

Personality

In addition to being an aggressive talker with a sharp tongue, Katarina has an air of confidence and is slightly flirtatious in her demeanor and demeanor. However, she had a great deal of respect for her recently vanished adoptive father, who is now the brainwashed, mutated human created by the G Corporation, Gigas.

While Katarina appears to be very confident in her fighting abilities, her fighting stance is wholly relaxed, and her posture is entirely relaxed, contrary to the traditional savate stance.

Playstyle

Katarina is well-known for being one of the most straightforward characters to use in the entire series. She is neither overly complex nor difficult to use as other characters in the series. She has a good range for most of her attacks which deal with much damage, she has a good selection of pokes, and she is extremely agile and responsive when using them.

Although she possesses all of the characteristics above, Katarina is brutally lacking in defense. Unlike most female fighters in the series, she has a slight margin in maintaining her distance from her opponent, making her highly vulnerable to being pressured by other offense-focused fighters. Furthermore, many of her launchers are extremely dangerous, and she is left vulnerable due to her limited ability to maintain her distance from the enemy. Aside from that, Katarina lacks any kind of attack reversal, parry, or any other type of unique move or maneuver that muffles attacks; as a result, she is not a good choice for players looking for a fighter who can perform well on both offense and defense.

Appearance

Katarina is a brunette with long, light auburn hair, plump lips, and tanned skin on the outside. The necklace she wears has a turquoise-colored gem and strands of gold hanging from it. She also wears brown framed sunglasses with orange-tinted lenses on her head.
