KOF XV at CEOtaku VII: Results

The King of Fighters XV patch 2.10 was released just a couple of weeks ago, so pro players had little time to adapt to these adjustments. But the reward for this is pretty big — the KOF XV tournament is part of the SNK World Championship 2023. Top competitors earn precious points for the general standings. And the winner gets a direct “ticket” to the Finals event.

This prospect gathered quite a few super strong participants. As it’s a Global Qualifier, players came from other regions too, Central and South America.

Tamago got a confident victory over Wero Asamiya in the Winner Semi-Final. Seis mx was a much tougher opponent, and the fight reached game five. Still, Tamago won and proceeded to the Grand Final.

ViolentKain fell to the Losers after the Semi and had to defeat three opponents to play in the Grand Final too.

Tamago unleashed the full power of his team and got a clear win. Congratulations!

This means Tamago will participate in the SNK World Championship 2023 Finals.

The previous Global Qualifier was VSFighting XI. After that, we saw KOF XV fights at Summer Jam 2023. 

The next big event of the SNK World Championship is REV Major 2023 on October 1.
