King of Fighters Ver. 2.10 Patch Notes

Duo Lon is now released and with him, comes a new patch with some absolutely massive changes to the game. The whole patch document is a whopping 18 pages of buffs and nerfs, alongside a few general additions and fixes to trial mode in accordance with new character changes.

Given the scale of adjustments, you should expect tier lists to shift quite a bit, and you might have to learn some new combos for your characters, because some old ones might no longer apply. Krohnen and B. Jenet in particular seems to have been hit pretty hard.
