Biography

Zamasu was originally from a different timeline. When Trunks messed with the timeline in his desperate attempt to save his reality, Zamasu was split. In his original timeline, he was destroyed by Beerus but is now alive.

He was originally the North Kai of Universe 10 but was soon picked to be the Supreme Kai-in-waiting to the current Supreme Kai, Gowasu. Slowly, Zamasu became disillusioned with life and humans and soon began to hate the species. He devised a plan to destroy them all and create a utopia that would be enjoyed by all. To do this, he started out by killing Gowasu and stealing his Potara so as to wield the time ring. His next move was to gather the Super Dragon Balls and wish to switch bodies with Goku. When this wish was granted, he then sought to destroy everything about Goku, including his family and friends.

Then Zamasu, now taking on the name of Son Goku, set out to find a reality without a god of destruction and finally settled on Future Trunks’ world. Once there, he then found Future Zamasu, and the two formed an alliance as their goals were aligned. They then wished for immortality for Future Zamasu while also taking out the Supreme Kais of that reality along with their attendant god of destruction. This left their path clear, and they could go about achieving their goals.

But this sets them on a collision course with Trunks, and this is where things get to ahead. Eventually, Goku enters the free, and a huge battle ensues. Goku Black faces off with Goku while Future Zamasu has to contend with Trunks. Trunks uses the Evil containment wave against Future Zamasu, and while this doesn’t kill him, it weakens him enough to send Goku Black into a panic. It is then that the two decide to use their secret move, which fuses the two entities to create Fused Zamasu

A great battle follows, and Fused Zamasu is ultimately defeated by Future Trunks and erased by Future Zeno.

Playstyle

Zamasu (Fused) is a character that relies a lot on his resources, but when he has them, boy, can he do some damage! His high damage output makes him a terrifying opponent to be up against, but this is balanced by his poor neutral game and his relative uselessness when he doesn’t have meter or bars.
