Biography

Biography

Even Android 21 seems to have only a vague recollection of who she is and how she came to be. One thing is clear however, when creating her, Dr. Gero wanted to create the ultimate android that would surpass any of his past creations. To improve Android 21, Dr. Gero used cells from the most powerful warriors and intelligent scientists, even using Buu's cells to boost her abilities beyond imagination. The result is a resounding success. Dr. Gero's creation surpassed any of the samples that contributed to her power.

Unfortunately, using Buu's cells led to an unforeseen side effect. Much like him, Android 21 had an insatiable appetite, driving her crazy at times. After eating Cell, something within Android 21 went haywire, and she split into two different personalities. Her evil side resembled Buu but with purple skin, while her good form (Lab Coat) looked like an average human.

Pros & Cons

It would be more appropriate to call this section "Pros" as you'd struggle to find L21's cons. She has everything you could wish for in a character without any notable drawbacks. Incredible damage potential, good meter build, powerful and easy-to-use anti-air, overpowering pressure, great normals, incredible OTG, and an unreactable command grab super. A team of most dedicated and talented players took it upon themselves to figure out her weak points but could only come up with minor downsides like her normals not having too much range and relying on the meter.
