Kage

Part of the Satsui no Hado, or Surge of Murderous Intent, is a force of nature that lives through various characters. Kage is a construct of this raw energy that can fight, albeit as long as it has an anchor host.

A manifestation of Ryu’s darkest side, the Kage, was created by the Satsui no Hado while Ryu was meditating in his Dojo. He feeds off its host insecurities and ambitions after Ryu accepts that being the strongest is not a noble goal in life. Once he accepted that Kage is capable of inhabiting his body, Kage loses his strength and vanishes.
