Biography
Necalli, meaning Battle and The Soul Consuming Darkness, is set to awaken every few centuries when time is ripe for a glorious battle. His objective is to consume the souls of those most powerful. Ryu, Dhalsim, Bison, and others. Once he absorbs a soul, Necalli takes over their human features, including any scars they might have.
