Bio

The villages that resided around the Arit River, right on the border of Punjab were proud, but also quite scared of the one they called their guardian. The Tiger was believed to be a gift of Rama himself, although it was a gift that was rarely ever seen. Years would pass, with only very few and far between signs like a giant paw print planted in the riverbank mud, that The Tiger has still roamed through the forests between the connecting villages.

While the signs of The Tiger were quite scarce, it would appear when either raiders traveling from the north or the soldiers coming in from the south approached the villagers to wreak havoc. The signs the Tiger would leave in these instances weren’t just prints, but bodies of the invaders hanging from the trees, a warlord apprentice mauled in the very own tent he slept in. The villagers would be in constant question of how any beings in the world would be ignorant enough to pay no notice of their protector.

Though for The Tiger, she had barely remembered even being a girl. What she did remember was being only twelve years old, discovering the horror that her once noble family, as well as the protectors of the valley, growing richer as outsiders had come to plunder. She had especially remembered the times of her uncle flogging her to the temple altar, having herself being devoured by the tiger spirit. She remembered her righting, she had fought desperately for so long, but in the end, she was never sure who had devoured who.

While being in Valhalla, Asuri has claimed and sees the Tournament as her own territory, taking sudden action on challengers who dare to enter her domain to receive her savage fury.

Playstyle

Asuri wields the Katars as her primary weapon and the Sword as her secondary weapon.

Katars are two sharp knives that legend wears on the hands, used for fast hits in close combat.

The Sword is a quick attacking but lower damage weapon, it’s kit is good for both defensive zoning and building up damage with combo attacks without losing pressure, perfect for beginners learning the game.

Asuri is seen by the community as simply a very annoying hero to face but can be quite a fun one to play.

Asuri’s stats are relatively balanced all around, her highest stat being her dexterity and lowest being her strength, making her great for her weapons' fast combos.
