World Warrior Weekend Roundup #2: Xian Leads the Way in Asia Southeast
All around the world, some World Warrior events took place and the tables are getting some definition

Over the weekend, several World Warrior #2 tournaments took place and with the winners, we are starting to get a picture of who dominates the scene. Here, we'll have the results and so you can keep up with who's doing what in the various regions. 

ASIA SOUTHEAST

Asia Southeast is the home of Xian and a community that owes a lot to the former Evo champion. The World Warrior #2 event for the region was hosted by Versus Masters and the winner was Xian who took it over Seo, 3-1. This gives Xian 50 points and places him on 75 points in total. The top 8 will qualify for a regional final where the winner would qualify for Capcom Cup.

CANADA EAST

This tournament was won by Zhen. Zhen has left China for this CPT season and is competing in Canada where his prowess is being felt by all. He took the win with a 3-1 victory over FluxWaveZ.

FRANCE

In France, the winner was Cuongster who took it over the Brussels Challenge winner, Kayne. You can read all about that here

MEXICO

In Mexico, the second World Warrior series was won by AmigoPool who defeated SolVNG in Grand Final. SolvNG had been able to cause a reset winning the first set 2-3, but would be steamrolled for the second set as AmigoPool ran out 3-0 and gave himself a hefty amount of points in the process. Kusanagi also comepted and was in the top 8 even though he is already qualified for Capcom Cup.

SOUTH AMERICA WEST

In the region of South America West which covers countries like Peru, Venuzuela, Colombia, and Ecuador, the winner of this tournament was Limestone from Columbia. Limestone won the Ken mirror against Matharazo, 3-0 to win the tournament.
