VARREL Officially Signs Wabiichi From SBI e-Sports
Following his draft into the Street Fighter League roster for VARREL, he will now officially join the team permanently

VARREL have officially announced the signing of Wabiichi from SBI e-Sports.

The Ed player is one of the newer names in the Street Fighter 6 scene and was recently revealed as the fourth player on VARREL’s Street Fighter League roster, joining Tokido, Mizuha, and Mago.

With this move, he will officially be sponsored by VARREL beyond SFL activities, potentially opening the door for more overseas tournament appearances in the future.

Wabiichi has been on the rise recently, qualifying for Topanga Championship 7 through the open qualifiers. He also advanced from the Beginning Stage, Yellow Division with a record of six wins and two losses in a group featuring Tokido, Daigo, LeShar, Kawano, Gachikun, and others.

He has now reached the Advanced Stage of Topanga Championship 7 and will compete in the White Division alongside Akutagawa, Shigematsu, Higuchi, MenaRD, Yamaguchi, Shuto, Bonchan, and Cosa.

He has yet to qualify for either the Esports World Cup or Capcom Cup 13, but with VARREL backing him, he will almost certainly be aiming for both, beginning with the EWC Last Chance Qualifier taking place from July 24–26 in Paris, France.
