Super Published A Mortal Kombat 1 Tier List

Super, a huge YouTube blogger with over a million subscribers, recently published a tier list video discussing all Mortal Kombat 1 heroes after the big October 23 patch. While the meta will probably shift with the arrival of Omni-Man, this video is valuable as it reflects his personal opinion on the current state of the game.

There are three characters in the S-tier: Super considers Johnny Cage and Kenshi to be top 2 without any ifs and buts. He put Rain in the bottom S-tier but acknowledges the wide variety of tools. Eight characters are in the A-tier, and seven are in the B-tier - the total of fifteen heroes out of twenty-three in these two tiers is a good sign.

Looking at those in the C-tier, Super thinks that Reptile now feels slow, Baraka was harshly nerfed, and Shang Tsung is too hard to deal decent damage.

In the D-tier, Super put Sub-Zero because he has no damage and gaps in combos and Nitara because of her low base health.
