Nephew endured an amazing losers' bracket run to make it to Grand Final, where he forced a reset and was able to defeat Punk.
With Street Fighter 6 coming out in a couple of months, it was good to see such high-level play for the game, and it gave fans a taste of what competitive Street Fighter 6 will be like.
The Street Fighter 6 build used was one of the ones for the beta, and therefore, it featured only eight characters, including Juri, who Nephew used. Luke was the character Punk went with and there was also Guile, Jamie, Ryu, Ken, Kimberly, and Chun li.
Nephew did a short interview afterward where he expressed his excitement for competitive Street Fighter 6 later this year, and from what we have seen so far, it promises to be a lot of hype.
