Mortal Kombat Movie Sequel Finished Filming This Week
Afer the timid success of the reboot in 2021, the sequel has just finished filming all its scenes

After a respectable $80 million box office return on the 2021 reboot of Mortal Kombat's filmography, Warner Brothers greenlit a sequel, which has been going through its filming stage since November last year. This week, producer Todd Garner shared a short video confirming that they had just wrapped filming and that it is time for the editors and visual effect artists to do their magic.

The sequel sees many of the cast return to their roles, including Lewis Tan as the protagonist Cole Young. One of the big names coming for the sequel is "The Boys" star Karl Urban as Johnny Cage.
