MK1 adds titan battles, platinum attainable

Players eager to complete Mortal Kombat 1's trophy list were disappointed to find the highly anticipated Titan Battles mode was mysteriously absent at launch. This made obtaining the Bronze "Titan Battles" trophy and Platinum impossible for completionist players. After a month of waiting, NetherRealm Studios has finally added the elusive Titan Battles to the game's Invasions mode.

Titan Battles live up to expectations, as intense boss fights are more challenging than standard Invasions. The first wave takes place in an all-new Pyramid arena. Eager trophy hunters can now access this missing content and tick off the last box for 100% completion.

The inaugural Titan is a souped-up Insatiable Baraka with Cyrax assisting. Triumphing earns a tough achievement and an exclusive "Monster Made Flesh" Baraka skin. Time is limited to attempt this first Titan Battle, as Mortal Kombat 1's inaugural Invasion season wraps up in just one day. However, data miners have uncovered evidence General Shao is the next Titan coming soon, meaning the trophy will stay attainable.
