Kombat Kast Feb 27th Peacemaker, Krossplay & Invasions Season 4

In the next few weeks, there will be a lot of Mortal Kombat 1 content releases, for those who have been waiting for Peacemaker, the team at NRS showcased the character live with his moveset. Alongside these was also the confirmation of Crossplay, allowing players from all platforms, except Switch, to play against one another.

The second part of the stream was dedicated to some balance changes in the upcoming update, including Kenshi changes that mean he will receive damage if the spirit is hit. Quan Chi also has a few new zoning moves. There are also a number of small adjustments and bug fixes.

Invasions

For Invasions, season 4 is the season of "The Huntress," which sees Mileena as the main antagonist. There are also a number of changes to the season, including multiple quality-of-life changes to the UI, including level differences and elemental matchups. Relics have been adjusted to have fewer or lessen negatives.

Invasions now also have an adjusted XP scale, taking out the diminishing returns of XP for repeated fights and instead going to a flat rate. The Seasonal Tower continues to have exclusive and unique skins and palettes, which should now provide greater levels as its now unlimited. Herbs, injections, and consumables will now drop with greater frequency as well.
