Kim Kaphwan Joins Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves With Latest Update

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves’ latest character, Kim Kaphwan, has joined the cast of the game. The third character from the third season of SNK’s latest fighter has been added to the game along with the Ver. 3.2.2 patch notes.

On top of the addition of Kim, there is also a continuation of the story mode called Wolves Destiny, which the official SNK website describes thus: “A mysterious explosion rocks South Town. Blue Mary and Kevin Rian investigate — and the trail leads to Gato and Hotaru. What's the truth behind the blast?”

The game has also added a classic skin for Mai Shiranui to the game. Her classic outfit sees her in the red kunoichi outfit, which accentuates all of Mai’s curves and has proven to be popular across all the games it has featured in so far. The outfit will be available as paid DLC for all platforms apart from Nintendo Switch 2. For that platform, the costume will be available as a pre-order bonus.

A few issues were also resolved in the patch, including some stuff with Mr. Karate, Rick Strowd, and Kim Jae Hoon.

Following the release of Kim, the next DLC will be the guest characters from Tokyo Revengers, Manjiro "Mikey" Sano and Ken "Draken" Ryuguji, who will join the cast in October 2026.
