Ed Boon Teases Cyrax Gameplay For Khaos Reigns

With the coming of the new expansion pack for Mortal Kombat 1, Khaos Reigns, coming in September, the marketing towards the expansion has ramped up with a little teaser featuring one of the characters to come with the pack, Cyrax. 

The teaser was put up by Ed Boon on his X account where he showed off just a bit of what Cyrax, who is looking quite different from when we last saw them, could do with sticky bombs, spinning blades and nets. 

He also announced that the character would be getting their trailer on the 15th of August which will shed more light on Cyrax's role in the story and their combo potential. 

The Khaos Reigns trailer was revealed at San Diego Comic Con and revealed that fans will be getting new characters like Havik, Noob Saibot, Cyrax, Sektor, Conan, and Ghost Face. There will also be more story content with Havik and Noob being the main antagonists, and the reveal that Animality will also be a part of the game. 

Khaos Reigns is available for pre-order and will be available from the 24th of September, 2024.
