DBFZ UFA 2023 Results: Let’s Go, Yasha!
Did they even nerf those Fusions?

The start of the DBFZ World Tour 2023/2024 was emotionally intense for Yasha — Hikari defeated him in the Grand Final of Evo 2023 while playing … Yasha’s team. A Power Event win came soon for the French player, though. Yasha got an impressive victory at VSFighting XI, earning his qualifying spot.

Perhaps entering the competition at UFA 2023 was a matter of finishing the Tour on a powerful note and setting the tone before the Global Finals.

And obviously, Yasha did that — in quite an impressive style.

The latest patch brought quite a few balance adjustments to DBFZ. Blue Fusions got a substantial nerf: they gain less meter now. As the practice proves, this doesn’t stop Yasha at all. The player sticks to his classic team and defeats opponents confidently.

In the Top 8 part, Yasha won the Semi vs Seyhan. The opponent switched to another team, but that brought Seyhan only a game.

In the Winners Final, Yasha looked absolutely unstoppable and destroyed Kayne with a clear 3:0.

Kasuga Entered Top 8 through Losers, and he was amazing at this tournament. After a tough Losers Final, he proceeded to a fight vs Yasha.

In the Grand Final, Kasuga had many excellent moments. But Yasha somehow managed to clutch and won two games. And then, he returned to his dominant position — to celebrate the UFA Champion title.

Kasuga still got his spot in the DBFZ World Tour Global Finals — thanks to the points he’s earned.
