David ''daze'' Washington is an American fighting games player from Chicago, Illinois. 

As a Guilty Gear -STRIVE- player with Giovanna as main daze competed and finished 1st in ARCREVO America 2021: CENTRAL Qualifier and TCS Guilty Gear Strive #7, 3rd in ARCREVO America 2021 FINALS and HookGangGod's $500 Guilty Gear Sub Tournament (powered by Panda), 4th in Kizzie Kay's $500 Guilty Gear Sub Tournament (powered by Panda), 9th in The Grand Bamboo Battle—a $3k Guilty Gear Invitational and The Big LEVO, 25th out of 2262 in EVO 2021 ONLINE - North America. Also daze competed a lot and took decent places in such tournaments as Can Opener Series, Next Level Battle Circuit: Online Edition and Bamboo Battles.
