Street Fighter 6: Ed's Gameplay Trailer Drops
The relative newcomer has some impressive skills

Ed is the latest character to join Street Fighter 6 and his gameplay trailer has been revealed showing off what the character can do.

Ed was a character first introduced as a playable cast member in Street Fighter 5 where he was understood to be Balrog's prodigy and someone with some mysterious psycho power. He incorporated a bit of Balrog's movesets along with some pretty nifty footwork especially his 'Flicker' move.

The character has returned to Street Fighter 6 and looks on the run from some of Shadaloo's remnants.

In the trailer, Ed is waiting at a train station where he is approached by your avatar. He gets aggressive asking if he hadn't warned that he would punch a hole through anyone who came after him. He walks up to your avatar, but ends up punching someone behind the avatar, a Shadaloo crony.

We then get some of his gameplay and he looks pretty good. His moveset now looks devoid of any kicks and he looks like he will be a very strong character.

We also got to see his alternate costume which like in the last game is mostly him in boxing training gear. His level three super has him punch the opponent, hand them by the hands and feet through psycho powered vines, then use them as a punching bag.

Ed will be released on the 27th of February which will be after Capcom Cup.
