Red Bull Kumite Announce Bonchan, and Big Bird As Participants

Red Bull Kumite 2025 have announced their next two players for the legends team in the persons of Bonchan and Big Bird. 

These two are truly legends as both have won Red Bull Kumite with Bonchan winning the very first iteration of the tournament in 2015 and Big Bird becoming the champion in 2023 soon after Street Fighter 6 was released making him the first RBK winner in Street Fighter 6. 

They are joined in the challengers side by Kusanagi, who recently won Ultimate Fighting Arena and will be participating in Capcom Cup in March. 

This means there are 5 players on each team announced so far with the Legends side having Daigo, Big Bird, Bonchan, MenaRD, and Gabchikun. Meanwhile, for the challengers, there's: EndingWalker, Zangief Bolado, NoahTheProdigy, Kilzyou, and Kusanagi. 

Red Bull Kumite will take place between the 5th and 6th of April 2025.
