Luminosity Gaming Sign Tweek and MkLeo to Form 'Greatest SSBU Roster'

There is some fantastic news for Smash fans as two of the top players in the game, MkLeo and Tweek, were announced as Luminosity Gaming players last night. This comes on the heels of a period of real pain for the Super Smash Bros Ultimate community as they were rocked with scandals, dwindling support, and a continued lack of nurturing from Nintendo. Despite this, they remain one of the biggest gaming communities out there.

The news of Tweek and MkLeo's signings was a shot in the arm.

Luminosity posted the good news on Twitter with a two-minute video that featured mostly legendary matches between the two men as they went back and forth in winning games. They also claimed that they now have the greatest Smash roster of all time.

MkLeo is widely considered to be the best Smash player in the world, but he parted ways with his former team, T1, back in February and has been a free agent until now. Tweek is also a phenomenal player who parted with TSM in February of 2023. 

They now join Maister and Ginger to form Luminosity's Smash roster, which is certainly a very powerful one at the moment. 

In the video, Tweek lauded MkLeo stating that he was one of the reasons he takes Smash as seriously as he does and is very happy to be on the same team with him.
