Is Tekken 7 Better on PC or PS4?
An eternal PC vs Console debate answered for Tekken 7

Tekken 7 was released by Bandai Namco and has already won overall fighting game fans regardless of platform. But which device, PC, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One, is the best when running the game? Now is the time to find out.

Bandai Namco showed that it took great care in the PC port, taking advantage of its hardware best. While the console versions barely reach 1080p, the game running on a GTX 970 or 1060 is at Full HD without difficulty, even with the graphics settings maxed out. 60fps is held on all platforms, as is required in a fighting game.

You are one of those who don't miss the chance to place bets on the games you like, so we have an excellent tip in addition to this review, you can bet on Tekken 7 on various esports-focused betting websites, and you can also play poker online with bitcoin at Thunderpick.

On the console side, we have the PS4 running at 864p and the Xbox One at 720p to ensure framerate maintenance. The PS4 Pro achieves 1080p and offers some texture improvements over the others, but according to DigitalFoundry, it automatically adjusts quality when necessary to maintain framerate. Online matches have shown the console virtually identical to the standard PS4, retaining the edge in resolution alone.

Did you know: You can bet on Tekken 7 on esports-focused bookmakers, and you can even play poker online with bitcoin at Thunderpick, which is a crypto operator and sportsbook with an esports focus. There's also a hitnspin bonus bez depozytu.

The DigitalFoundry YouTube channel decided to put the visuals of each system side by side in a comparison video. The result took just over 13 minutes and shows the true power of Unreal Engine 4, used to create the game.

According to the source, the platform that offered the lowest graphic quality was the Microsoft Xbox One, both in resolution and in filters and effects, mainly complaining about the absence of ambient occlusion – present on PC, PS4 Pro and PS4.

The depth of field feature is also missing on Xbox One. This all comes together to ensure 60 frames per second on the console, which is also the cheapest on the list.

Multiplayer is a significant component of Tekken 7. Playing offline remains as enjoyable as ever for the series. Still, at least at this early stage, online play can be a pain, thanks to minor server glitches found in the console edition – especially on PlayStation 4. We face disconnections and long delays in finding opponents in some cases.

Playing Tekken 7

Tekken 7 brings an excellent Practice Mode for you to test any fighter's movement and strikes. There you will learn at least ten different moves and how to launch enemies and counterattacks.

Knowing how to move around in the game is very important. Being versatile in that department will help you escape dangerous situations, especially when an opponent throws the world at you.

Of course, just knowing how to walk is not enough. Learning combos is essential to winning. The Rage Art and Rade Drive mechanics are excellent additions to combos, as well as adding a dynamic camera angle to special moves. Power Crush, also debuting in Tekken 7, absorbs some hits but can't stop Rage Arts.

Which Fighter To Choose?

You can play any character right off the bat — just practice. If you're looking for a less complex fighter, try Shaheen, Josie, Miguel, Bob, Paul, Asuka, Katerina, and Feng. They are usually good at putting pressure on and bothering opponents.

One of the novelties of Tekken 7 is the Rage system. It activates once your fighter is below 25% health. In this desperate moment, you can use abilities that, if used wisely, can turn the tide in your favor.

Rage Arts have all that cinematic feel, and their combo attacks do a lot of damage. But since it's not all flowers (or perfect combos), you'll be highly vulnerable if your Rage is blocked or dodged.

Over time, and knowing the other characters' attacks, you can try to deduce if the opponent will block mid-combo and spoil your plans. It depends a lot on luck and timing too. Rage Drives are more complicated and work in different ways, depending on the character you're playing. Once again, don't forget to go to Practice Mode and try various combinations for different fighters.
