Evo Japan 2025 Dates And Lineup Announced

Evo Japan 2025 has come out with an announcement for the dates and lineups for the annual fighting game festival. 

There will be five games on the main stage, namely:

• Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
• Guilty Gear -STRIVE-
• The King of Fighters XV
• Street Fighter 6
• Tekken 8

In addition to these tournaments, there will also be team 5v5 tournaments for two other games:

• Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike
• Virtua Fighter 5

There was no place for Under Night In-Birth II after being on the main stage last year. There was also a lot of excitement for the team battles for 3rd Strike and Virtua Fighter. 

The tournament will hold between the 9th and 11th of May 2025 with tickets going out on sale from right now and the early bird discount will remain till the 27th of January 2025. The registration will close on the 7th of April 2025. 

There is a prize pool of 15,000,000 yen and it seems that there will be more prize money for games with more entrants.
