Tonight, the Green Point Terminal Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York, hosted the Street Fighter 6 events that revealed the final two participants of the Red Bull Kumite 2024 - New York. The Play-In event was contested by the winners of the regional finals, but the top spot was contested between Shine and Nephew, with the latter coming on top after a reverse sweep.

In the Last Chance Qualifier, a 256-player tournament, the final spot was contested between Dual Kevin and Uriel Velorio, who made a surprising run but fell short in the grand final.

A single-elimination Red Bull Kumite 2024 - New York will be played on Sunday. The prize pool for this event is $50,000.
