Crazy Raccoon #4 Lineup And Coaches Revealed
The highly successful Raccoon Cup returns

The 4th edition of the Crazy Raccoon Cup has been announced with the lineup also revealed along with the dates for the showdown.

The Crazy Raccoon Cup is a tournament that pairs streamers with little experience in Street Fighter with pro players who coach and lead them in a team battle. The team leaders are always pro players and this helps to constantly keep the tournament more FGC-centric.

This edition has four teams as usual with Bonchan, Naruo, Shuto, and Kazunoko acting as team captains. On top of that, each streamer has been paired with an individual coaches which is somewhat of a new development.

Furthermore, one of the individual coaches, is Shaka, one of the top streamers in Japan. What makes Shaka's addition as a personal coach so intriguing is that he was one of the players featured in the first Crazy Raccoon Cup as a newbie to the game. He has since then become good enough to attain Master rank and can even coach others.

The main event will take place on the 12th of May 2023, with the other preliminary events starting from the 9th of May 2024

There have been rumors that Crazy Raccoon will announce a new game it will feature in the cup come this weekend, and there has also been unfounded speculation that fans might get an idea of Street Fighter League Japan rosters very soon.
