Blaz Puts Out Street Fighter 6 Tier List Ahead Of Season 3

Derek Blaz, the teenage sensation who shocked the world with his performance at Capcom Cup 11 where he was the runner-up only behind Kakeru, has released his definitive tier list ahead of season 3 of the game. 

The prodigious Brazilian shared his opinion through his organization, 2Game's social media. 

The tier list had Mai Shiranui at the top of the pile which is unsurprising given that players are cottoning on to the fact that she is in fact a very powerful character. His top 5 characters were: Mai, Ken, JP, Bison, and Akuma. 

His go-to character, Ryu, was in the tier just below the top 5 which is pretty high considering how the character wasn't always on top of people's lists of top characters. 

At the bottom of the pile were Lily and Marisa. 

With the 3rd season coming up, it will be interesting to see who gets buffed and nerfed, maybe Lily and Marisa will grow stronger. 

Blaz will be at the Red Bull Kumite 2025 in Paris where he will participate in the Last Chance Qualifier for the possibility of making it into the main tournament.
