BBB 2022: Offline Fights in New York

It’s totally amazing what party event the fighting games community can organize. On April 2, quite a few prominent players gathered to celebrate Bum's Birthday Bash, and yeah — there were lots of top-level matches.

BBB 2022 had five tournaments:

• DBFZ
• Guilty Gear -Strive-
• The King of Fighters XV
• Granblue Fantasy: Versus
• Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid

You can see such guys among participants: Yasha, Wawa, SonicFox, LegendaryyPred, Coach Steve, Punk, Shine, Supernoon, Nitro, and many others.

The matches were streamed on Bum163’s Twitch channel, so we have the chance to enjoy the action.

It’s nice to see the community returning to such traditional offline gatherings, and we hope to see even more such events in 2022.

Let’s not forget that other tournaments, such as Capcom Pro Tour, also announced the offline format. And certainly, we have Combo Breaker coming on May 27-29.
