COMBO BREAKER 2022 Announces Dates & Location May 27th to 29th

It is time. COMBO BREAKER, after much teasing the past few weeks, has announced its plans for the 2022 premier event in the FGC. Centered around the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg Illinois, the event will run from May 27th to the 29th. This is a new home location for COMBO BREAKER, and one that seems to promise an upgrade to all the facilities the organizer needs to put together what is a very ambitious offline experience.

Given the current state of the world, even with the blessing of it being an offline event, there will be 6000 cap on the event, making the early bird entries that much more important for those seeking to play or spectate the action.

So far 24 events have been confirmed through the Smash.gg page for the event, these include:

• Mortal Kombat 11: Ultimate
• Guilty Gear Strive
• Tekken 7
• Brawlhalla
• Super Smash Bros Ultimate
• SoulCalibur VI
• Street Fighter V

And a lot more, with potentially more side-events popping up in the way to the event thanks to COMBO BREAKER's community tournament initiative.
