We are in the beginning of Season 3 in Guilty Gear Strive, with Johnny being the first character released back in August.
We still don’t know who will join the roster next, but we’ve got an official announcement on when this new DLC character will be revealed. Yep, it happens on December 7 during The Game Award 2023 ceremony.
The Game Awards 2023 has a few categories connected to the fighting genre. And with this Guilty Gear Strive reveal, the FGC remains the winner regardless of who gets those awards.

It sure is exciting to know the name and the release date. Then we will be waiting for this character to join the pro competition, like the Arc World Tour. Can they make it to Frosty Faustings XVI, the last Qualifier, or even to the Global Finals?
