Biography

Story

Around 3000 B.C., Teth-Adam was born in Kahndaq, a country in Africa. Teth-Adam, a formerly enslaved person whom Shazam chose for his valiant deeds and brave heart, was made into the wizard's first champion. He was endowed with the gods of Egypt's abilities. He liberated his people from the former king of Kahndaq with the help of his new gifts and later rose to power as the new monarch of his native country.

Personality

Teth-Adam was selected as the first champion of the wizard Shazam because of his initial bravery and heroism. However, after criminals murdered his family, he turned vicious, spiteful, cold, and cruel. As a result, he misused his abilities and unintentionally unleashed the Seven Deadly Sins on his family's killers and the rest of the world, murdering millions. In addition, Black Adam has a wicked sense of duty to uphold the law, no matter how harsh.

Playstyle

Black Adam's gameplay is centered around his lighting attacks. Hitting allies with certain moves will electrify them, allowed them to also apply the Schoked debuff. Both his neutral normal and special make use of the shocked debuff, applying it to opponents. But he also has plenty of defensive tools, especially when in the air with a special neutral deflect on cooldown and the ability to dash horizontally.

Appearance

In MultiVersus, Black Adam sports his original comic-book visuals. A black suit with gold detailing and a long waving cape. Slick pitch black hair and gold gauntlets.
