Biography
Kitana is the daughter of the rulers of Edenia, King Jerrod, and queen Sindel. She was too young when Shao Kahn took over her homeworld and apparently did not remember it. She grew up as a loyal hitman for the one who destroyed her parents.
The turning point in her fate was the task to prevent the Earth defense team from winning in Mortal Kombat. In the process of completing this task, she discovers the truth about what her boss actually did to her parents and her homeworld (planet). After that, she changes her life and secretly sets herself the goal of defeating Shao Kahn. Subsequently, with the help of the team from Earth and especially Liu Kang, she succeeds. In the process, she saves her mother and her homeworld, Edenia. She offers Liu Kang to stay with her on Edenia, but he refuses, saying that he has to protect the Earth.
