Mileena is the daughter of Sindel and the sister of Kitana. As the first born daughter, she is the rightful heir to Outworld’s throne. However, there is one major problem— she is infected with the deadly Tarkat disease which makes people grotesque. Mileena must keep this secret, but it doesn’t help that she is considered a more impulsive version of her sister Kitana, who is seen as a more model ruler. Mileena must now fight for everything she believes belongs to her.

Personality

Mileena is a forthright individual who's brashness belies some inner insecurities. She hates being constantly compared to her sister, and is more assertive on what she wants. She is also a strong leader and is willing to do the difficult thing. She is impulsive which could sometimes lead to rashness.

Appearance

Mileena dresses in a lighter shade of purple which is her signature colour. She wears ninja garb and covers her mouth to hide her Tartakan teeth. She wears gauntlets and is armed with a pair of Sai.
