The Skullgirls Championship Series is the premier destination for competitive Skullgirls 2nd Encore, the fast-paced 2D fighting game, and brings together some of the best online PC players in the world for fierce battles in its extraordinary Dark Deco world. A total prize pool of $17,500 USD was up for grabs and the series kicks off with open qualifiers and the 2021 Spring Blockbuster on April 24, 2021.

The Skullgirls Championship Series 2021 Spring Blockbuster featured the top 16 players from open qualifiers. Qualifiers were open to NA players (including Mexico, Canada, and the US). They competed during the main event for their share of the $2,500 prize pool and the tournament featured a best-of-5 double-elimination bracket with a Grand Finals Reset.
