Salt Mines Online 2020

Salt Mines Online 2020 is an online adaptation of Canada's largest bi-annual convention. Despite the difficulties of the lockdown period, Salt Mines Online 2020 organizers kept the spirit of a convention intact with a focus on the community, meeting new people, and discovering new things. Despite completely free entry, Salt Mines Online 2020 offered tournaments for over a dozen different games from different genres, prizes for top placing competitors, various panels, casual events, and content from sponsors and partners.

Altogether Salt Mines Online 2020 attracted 255 players. Fighting games present at the event include Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rivals of Aether, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r].
