Kazuya Mishima

Story

Kazuya Mishima is the son of Kazumi Mishima and Heihachi Mishima. He was raised in the Mishima mansion, where he studied martial arts. However, at the age of five, a rather unexpected turn of events happened: his grandfather Jinpachi disappeared, and his father killed his mother. 

When Kazuya learned about that, he confronted his father, only to be quickly defeated and thrown off the cliff. However, Kazuya did not die, as his Devil Gene awakened. The boy managed to climb back, showing his father that he was strong enough. However, all those years of harsh conditions and abuse did not go unnoticed. 

When Kazuya won the King of Iron Fist Tournament, he threw Heihachi off the same cliff, took over the Mishima Zaibatsu, and continued the organization's ruthless and evil path. During this time, Kazuya encountered a wildlife protection officer, Jun Kazama. They made a child, Jin, but while Jun tried to protect Kazuya from the Devil Gene influence, her efforts were not enough. This duality weakened Kazuya, and in the final of the second King Of Iron Fist Tournament, Kazuya lost to Heihachi, who hadn't lost the opportunity to perform a cliff throw again. After that, the Devil, which possessed Kazuya, split itself, and part of it stayed within Kazuya while part of it transferred to Jin.

However, that was not the end for Kazuya. Because if you get thrown off the cliff and then you throw off the cliff, then it's on! His company, G Corporation, managed to restore Kazuya's body, and after that, a huge corporate war between G Corporation and Mishima Zaibatsu began. With varied success, Kazuya suffered both defeats and victories. However, in the final of the seventh King of Iron Fist Tournament, Kazuya managed to defeat Heihachi and throw him into the volcano, which led him to his only big opponent and his son, Jin.

Personality

If you can give a short description of Kazuya Mishima, that would be the “cold-blooded evil,” He is eager to be the strongest and most powerful person who dominates the world. Also, he wanted to get revenge for all that pain Heihachi brought when Kazuya was a child. On his path to world domination, he will not stop at anything, and that’s the harsh truth that all other people should understand.

Playstyle

Kazuya is a straightforward character. His attacks deal significant damage, and while they are kind of predictable, the main key to success for Kazuya players is patience. Because when you punish opponents, you punish them really hard. Also, his straightforwardness may be put to great use when pressuring an opponent. With the right timing, Kazuya is unstoppable.

Appearance

Kazuya has a red-glowing left eye and black spiked hair. His body has lots and lots of scars. He wears a trench coat and a suit, and his red fighting gloves are also always on. In the earlier games of the series, we could see him wearing karate pants, but now we see a more official style in his clothes.
