Wolves Esports Signs Hurricane For Esports World Cup
The Cameroonian will fight to represent at the EWC

One of Europe's best Street Fighter players, Hurricane, has been signed to English football and esports team, Wolverhampton Wanderers, better known simply as Wolves.

Hurricane is one of the most decorated players operating within the EU and with his deadly Cammy White, has taken down many a big name. Hurricane has also never signed for a team before, making his partnership with Wolves really fascinating and a remarkable feat.

Hurricane will represent Wolves in Street Fighter 6 as the team looks to expand its roster for the upcoming Esports World Cup.

The club recently announced that it was part of the EWC partner program and this has led them to start recruiting players. They have also been a major part of the Street Fighter League Europe scene a lot in the last couple of years.

They announced Hurricane's signing on social media, saying: We are delighted to welcome @Hurricane_FGC to the pack as a Street Fighter 6 player! "It’s an honour to stand for a team that values excellence and development, and I’m committed to upholding that standard every time I play.

"Wolves are football and esports, two disciplines I value a lot." - Hurricane
