UYU fights to help Ukraine

During the last week, a renowned esports organization UYU held several exhibition matches over Europe and North America to raise money in support of Ukraine suffering from the Russian invasion. Some of the world-class players and FGC activists took part in this initiative, such as Super Akouma, Shadow20z, Supernoon, iDom, Razzo, and many others. 

Capcom Pro Tour 2022 DLC

Probably the last DLC pack for Street Fighter V, dedicated to the upcoming Capcom Pro Tour 2022, is coming our way. Everyone who will purchase the Premiere Pass will receive new costumes for M. Bison, Akira, and Seth, a new stage called Ring of Arcade, as well as a bunch of other cosmetic items such as color schemes for the entire roster, profile titles, and more. It will be available on March 29th.

GGST patch notes

The new character, Testament, is coming to Guilty Gear -STRIVE- on March 28, alongside another update Ver. 1.16. Arc System Works shared the patch notes on Twitter so everyone will be able to go through them and prepare for the upcoming changes. However, it will be more technical rather than a balance update, so you don't have to worry, your character won't be nerfed. At least for now. 

Brawlhalla SteelSeries Invitational

Another major Brawlhalla event, the SteelSeries Invitational, will take place on April 9-10th and April 16-17th. It will feature 1v1 and 2v2 tournaments with an overall prize pool of $40,000. You can check the full list of participants down below.

Brawlhalla returns to LAN

Here's more for Brawlhalla enjoyers. The First LAN event since 2019 will be held on June 10-12th, 2022. It will be a 32-player invitational event with a $150,000 total prize pool.

Omega Rugal joins KOFXV

The final boss of the 95' version of the series, Omega Rugal, will join the roster of King of Fighters XV on April 14 as a free DLC. This update will also feature a new game mode, Boss Challenge, a special costume, a new stage, and additional music. 

Red Bull Golden Letters

Last weekend the Golden Letters Tekken 7 tournament by Red Bull Gaming happened in London. It featured an open qualification for 96 players and Top 8 Finals with four invited players. The main feature of the tournament was an automatic set win for a player who was able to take three rounds with Great or Perfect. In the end, the British player AyoRichie won everything, beating Anakin, Super Akouma, and Joey Fury along the way.
