Weekly Mod Highlights V.24 (MK1, Brawlhalla)
The most interesting mods for the most popular fighting games

We at DashFight love the creative energy of the fighting games community and sincerely enjoy many mods created within our favorite genre.

In this regular series, we highlight some of the many awesome mods. Here is Volume 24.

Mortal Kombat 1 Mods

Luke Outfit for Johnny

These two characters are arguably the most charismatic personalities in the two most popular fighting titles (at the moment). Luke brings young energy into Street Fighter 6. Johnny Cage is simply a star that shines throughout many Mortal Kombat games. Thanks to this mod, we can have Luke in MK — as a costume for Johnny Cage.

And for various SF6 mods, take a look at our Weekly Mod Highlights V.23.

Ultra Instinct Goku

This form of Goku, is in a way, the ultimate one, as the Dragon Ball hero fights on pure instincts, avoiding obstacles of his thinking mind. Sounds good, doesn’t it? So why not take Goku’s might into Mortal Kombat 1 matches? This mod replaces Omni Man with UI Goku. The character looks a bit weird in the ultra-realistic game, but that’s just Goku being close to his anime roots.

Kung Lao Story Outfit

In the actual fights of MK1, Kung Lao has a different outfit than during his appearance in the story mode. Let’s fix this! What clothing do you prefer to take for the bloody matches?

Kratos (God of War)

In his original series, Kratos made it through quite a transformation — from an aggressive warrior to a pretty reasonable dad. Will participation in MK1 matches suit this character? We can see here Kratos in his latest vesrion, from God of War 2018. And he is not going to hold back now! Kratos replaces General Shao to destroy every single opponent.

Loup-Garou over Baraka

This creature is a demon in the Shin Megami Tensei V series. His original game is pretty dark, so Loup-Garou should fit nicely into a rather violent style of Mortal Kombat 1. This mod replaces the appearance of one of the most dangerous-looking characters, Baraka. The author continues working on improvements for physics.

Raiden (Jack The Ripper)

The name of this character just begs for creating a mod in MK1. He is Raiden from Metal Gear, and he replaces Raiden from Mortal Kombat. And the appearance of this guy is quite in style for these fighting matches — they probably call him Jack The Ripper for a reason.

Brawlhalla Mods

Brawlhalla x Minecraft Map

Even without an official collaboration between these two wonderful game franchises, we can bring Minecraft vibes into the fights of Brawlhalla. This mod replaces the small map Fortress of the Lions with a Minecraft-like platform and background.

We will keep the series going on DashFight, so stay tuned to our platform for new volumes of our Weekly Mod Highlights.
