UMA Wins The Very First Capcom Cup for Street Fighter 6

Wang "UMA" Yuan-hao is the first ever player to win a million dollars playing fighting games as he is the champion of Capcom Cup X. He took the victory over Chris Wong who had managed to reset the bracket, but had no answers to UMA's offensive pressure and smart play. 

UMA qualified from Group G which had Sayff, who was also in top 8, Rainpro, JUNINHO-RAS, ROF, and Garnet. He defeated KUSANAGI, South Korea's Leshar, and Chris Wong twice to become the first million dollar winner. 

UMA's win was phenomenal as he wasn't  on anyone's list of potential winners, but being to take Juri, who isn't considered among the top 5 characters, to win such a major tournament against one of the best Lukes in the world at that, is an impressive feat. 

Chris Wong was again runner-up suffering the 2nd place curse once again having suffered it in his region's online CPT falling to NL then, and also losing in the Grand Final of the Singapore offline tournament to Gachikun. 

He did get his revenge against the 2018 Capcom Cup winner in losers' final, defeating him 3-2 to earn a rematch against UMA. 

UMA has certainly put himself on the map with this victory and it'll be interesting to see where he goes from here.
