Toshi Qualifies For SNK World Championship

The King of Fighters XV Pro Tour, SNK World Championship, is in full swing. Last week, more than eighty players gathered for a global qualifier event, GHZ Hype Night. $3,000 was on the line, but most importantly, the winner of the tournament would qualify for the final tournament of the season unless the winner had already earned the spot.

That was the case with GHZ Hype Night. Gioseppe "TheGio" Paredes had already won the Battle Coliseum 2023 in Sao Paolo, and he managed to achieve another big victory. He had to play three rounds in the lower bracket and was able to beat Toshi 3:1, 3:1. Despite the loss, Toshi now has the right to compete in the SNK World Championship Finals.
