Zafina has always been a very evasive character, but on top of that, she’s known for her crazy mixups, along with her three stances and lots of pressure tools.

• df1 – great range and good downwards properties. Has two good strings:

• df1,2,1

• df1,4

• ff3 – no longer combos, but still a great move.

• d3 – transitions into her stance, you also get a combo.

• ff4 – good homing move with great range.

• 1+2 – one of the few good counterhit moves.

• WS1 – anti-high move. Has a string of WS1, 2.

Offense and Defense

Zafina has a lot of pressure tools in her kit in Tekken 8 that aid her offense massively. For defense is a parry that still takes massive damage. Zafina’s best defensive tool is her great movement, especially back-back.

Conclusion

Zafina is significantly weaker in Tekken 8 than she was before, and to play her well you need to have very high execution levels, but her pressure tools and her evasiveness are still pretty much unmatched across the roster.
