T1 Signs Oil King And ZJZ For Street Fighter 6 And City Of The Wolves

Lin Li-wei, otherwise known as Oil King, who won Evo Japan 2023, has also found a new home with Korean esports organization, T1, who announced his signing recently. 

Oil King was signed along with fellow countryman, ZJZ, and the two players represent T1's first foray into the world of Street Fighter and potentially Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves. T1 already have a leg in the FGC with the signing of EDGE and Eyemusician for the Tekken scene, and adding Oil King and ZJZ expands their reach. 

T1 made announcements for both players on social media, saying on Oil King, "'Oil King' Li-wei Lin, the champion of the Street Fighter division at EVO Japan 2023, joins T1.

"Let's welcome 'Oil King' as he aims for greater heights at T1!"

And for ZJZ they said, "'ZJZ' Tseng Chia-chen, the champion of the King of Fighters division at EVO Japan 2022, joins T1. Let's cheer for 'ZJZ' as he brings his passion to T1!"  

T1 are among the 40 clubs in the 2025 Esports World Cup partner program and by adding to their Street Fighter  and CotW divisions, they have a robust squad in multiple games and will look to compete for the top honors.
