Street Fighter Releases Terry's Character Guide

Terry Bogard is the latest character to join the Street Fighter 6 roster and he will be released on the 24th of September 2024. With the coming of the character, Street Fighter have released a character-specific guide for Terry which potential players can have a look at to understand the character. 

Terry was first announed in August at the Gamescom showcase and since then we have seen more and more on the character including some of his moves and playstyles. He was also playable at Gamescom. 

From the looks of it, Terry will continue being an aggresive character which is in line with his personality in Fatal Fury. Terry Bogard will retain his aggressive and dynamic playstyle in Street Fighter 6, staying true to his roots from the Fatal Fury series. Classic moves like Power Wave, Burn Knuckle, and Power Geyser will come with Terry enabling him to be suitable for both close range and distance combat. Terry does possess the Passing Sway which allows him to 'shift' between different "lanes" on the stage, which seems to pay homage to Fatal Fury's multi-plane fighting system​.

Terry is the second character from the Street Fighter 6 season 2 DLC to be released. He will be followed by Mai Shiranui later this year and Elena in 2025.
