Street Fighter Announce Second Closed Beta Test For SF6
Good times are here again and players will get a chance to test out the highly anticipated game once more

Remember that tweet from Street Fighter telling us that something was coming? Well, we have an answer and it would excite you to know that we have another closed beta test coming for Street Fighter 6. Street Fighter revealed this in a tweet in which they released details on what it was going to be.

The first closed beta test ran from the 7th to 10th of October 2022, and it was a resounding success. Fans were in awe of the graphics, smooth netplay, and all the fun little things to do. The second closed beta test will run from the 16th to 19th of December 2022.

The second closed beta test for Street Fighter 6 will feature 8 characters: Luke, Ryu, Ken, Juri, Kimberly, Jamie, Chun li, and Guile. These are basically the same as the last test, which means fans will still need to wait on trying out Honda, Blanka and Dhalsim which is a bummer for sure, but compared to what we will indeed be getting, it is something we can get over.

Capcom also announced that those who were selected for the first CBT would automatically get into this test, but there will also be a lottery to choose a new wave of players who will be able to get into this second test. Street Fighter did notice the illegal sale of codes for the first CBT, and to curb that, have instituted a rule that mandates players to link their Capcom ID to their platform account before being eligible to get into the test.

SF6 CBT #2

All the game modes available the last time will return with bug fixes and crossplay available for PS5, Xbox, and Steam. For those who want to apply for the test, they'll need to note that application for the CBT closes on the 11th of December 2022, and they will need to have a Capcom ID and a platform they will be registered to, which cannot change later.
