SpongeBob In Brawlhalla: New Map, Sidekick, and Crossover Tier

The addition of SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy to Brawlhalla was announced during the World Championship 2023. And now we know much more about this Crossover Event — thanks to the recent Dev Stream.

The details are really awesome, as we get:

• a new map — Bikini Bottom;
• a new sidekick — Flying Dutchman;
• a new Crossover Tier — Mythic. This means that these Crossover skins will have more features from their original games/shows/franchises, including custom animations and even changes to Light Attacks.

SpongeBob and his friends join Brawlhalla on November 29.

The Mythic Crossovers feel quite revolutionary in the game, as changes to Light Attacks break the tradition of having the same strings/combos across all the characters with the same weapons. Will it give some extra advantages to Crossovers? Let’s wait and see!
