If you've been following the modding scene of Arc System Works games, especially Guilty Gear Strive, you might have heard of Ryn, also known as WistfulHopes (their twitter handle). If you didn't, you should know that Ryn is an extremely prolific modder who consistently showed off not only high quality mods for different games, but also went above in beyond when it comes to what can be achieved through modding.
Her grasp of the inner workings of video games allowed for not just swapping models, but changing entire rulesets and how games function on a fundamental level. Allowing for mods that entirely change the game's shaders, make room for custom characters, or put DBFZ's Goku in Strive. Some even more impressive stuff is hard to find now, as it was hosted on a now deleted account, but suffice to say Ryn is extremely good at what she does.
She now proved it once again with 2XKO by reverse engineering Riot's protection system to create a version of the game that can be modded and played entirely offline.
