SF6: New Infographic Shows That Only 4% of Players in Master Rank
If you feel like you aren't good at the game, give these stats a look

Street Fighter 6 has well over a million players, but you never notice this while playing by yourself and it is not uncommon to find players in Gold or Platinum ranks feeling blue due to their rank. However, this is usually not the truth as the higher placed you are in a game, the fewer people you are probably contending with.

In a new set of infographics released by AlietteFaye on Twitter, we got to see the player distriubution for ranked players in Street Fighter 6.

The images show that of the millions of players that are on Street Fighter 6, only 3.8% are in Master rank with Platinum rank leading the charge with 23.4% of players that play ranked.

The stats went deeper to check out player distribution according to the various levels of ranked.

It should be noted that these are raw player data and that means that the information is not as precise as you might want due to the difficulty in getting full details and breakdowns of player character choice.

Also of interest was the Master Rate distribution which showed that even within the Master rank, there is some real rarified air. The breakdown shows that there is only one player that has above 2300 MR and that is Moke. Below him there are only 18 players above 2200 MR. This just shows how difficult it is to be at the top of the game.

A point of interest is that in the top 20 players according to MR, there is only one North American and that's Punk in second place. The rest of the list is dominated by Japan who take up 16 spots. The other three spots are taken by two Chinese players, and HotDog29 from Hong Kong.
