New Secret Street Fighter 6 Commentary Feature Revealed

If you played Street Fighter II Turbo (Hyper Fighting), you might remember there was a code to unlock the '10-star speed' setting which enabled you to play the game at phenomenal speeds. 

This seems to have returned in Street Fighter 6 as it has been  revealed that there is a secret code in the game that enables players to unlock a new commentary feature. 

In a tweet by HiFight, a well-known fighting game content creator, he shared a video with the code in use which caused different animal sounds to play out in place of the commentary. So instead of Tasty Steve, or any other commentator, you got dogs, cats, horses and so on running commentary for your match.

HiFight credited a Japanese account for spotting it first

According to HiFight, the code, which is DOWN>R>UP>L>Y>B>X>A, needed to be entered after the entrance screen where the characters are facing one another and can make faces to each other. If entered correctly, the commentary will change to those of animals.

Interestingly, this was almost the same code for the 10-star speed for SFII with the only change being the addition of 'X>A' 

It should be noted that the commentary feature needs to be turned on for this to work.
